We're excited to now offer mobile check-in! Please look for an e-mail/text message a few days before your appointment frorn Phreesia, our new check-in system, which will allow you to register for your appointment from home and at your own convenience. It will also allow you to complete sorne of the health questions and screeners that are useful to our visit.


Did you know that Casper Women's Care allows you to check in online ahead of tirne? You can confirm your appointment via text message or email, and check in online prior to your visit. You can also check in on your own device when you arrive. Ask us about using mobile registration to make your next visit simpler and faster!


Casper Women's Care is partnering with Phreesia to help you save time registering for your appointment. Use mobile check-in to register from any smartphone, tablet or computer from the privacy of your own home. Checking in on your device saves you time and ensures your information is always up to date!

  • What is Phreesia?

    Phreesia gives healthcare organization a suite of applications to manage the patient intake process, including mobile registration. Mobile check-in allows you to complete pre-visit registration from your own device (any smartphone, computer or tablet) ahead of time and in the privacy of your home.

  • Why is Casper Women’s Care partnering with Phreesia?

    Casper Women's Cares partnering with Phreesia to save you time when arriving at our practice and to ensure that your health records will aways be up-to-date. The information you enter is private and secure and will allow our team to beter care for you.

  • Is the Phreesia system secure?

    Yes. Phreesia provides industry-leading privacy and security for our patients' data, They are held to the same standards as Casper Women's Care related to protecting your family's information. For additional information about Phreesia’s security visit https://www.phreesia.com/patient-privacy.


  • Do we need to use the new system for every appointment?

    Yes. But once you have completed the initial registration the next time will be much quicker because Phreesia saves your answers.

  • Do I need to download an app to do mobile check-in?

    No. There is no app - you simply click the link provided in the text message or email. This allows you to securely answer any registration and medical questions necessary for your appointment.

*All new patients must provide a photo id in order to be seen, we need current insurance information or full payment may be needed if unable to verify benefits, if patient is over the age of 18 they must be the contact number and fill out the Phreesia documents, minors between the age of 13 and 17 must sign a consent to release any information even to a guardian ( Wyoming State Law).


We only allow 1 guest over the age of 18 to accompany the patient to our clinic, in order to give you the patient the best uninterrupted and safest care possible. Thank you!
